I am in the Season of Life where people are getting married. This is so crazy, 2 of my very best friends in the whole world got engaged within 4 days of each other and asked me to be in both of their weddings… THE WEDDINGS ARE ON THE SAME DAY! Louise is my best friend from home and we have been great friends since… Birth. We have lots of fun stories from growing up. Nicole was my first college roommate and sorority sister. She and I were never apart Freshman year. So from now until July 17th I am attending all kinds of Wedding Parties. It really is alot of fun to be able to spend time with both of these girls and get to know some of their friends I have never met.
A couple of weekends ago I had an Engagement Party in Birmingham for Nicole.
Here is a picture of Nicole’s “Soon to be Husband.” I didn’t get any pictures that night but someone else took this one. (I have got to get better about taking pictures!)
Last weekend I went to Newnan and we had an Engagement Party for Louise. It was alot of fun being back hanging out with Old Friends.
Here is a picture of Me, Louise, and some of her college friends who came to the party.

Saturday Pinelake (the church I go to) had an event called Shine. Basically everyone that attends Pinelake is assigned a place to go and work. By using our works we “Shine” for Jesus. My small group along with 3 othere small groups were assigned to be in Downtown Jackson working a “Block Party.” There was a health fair going on so we were in charge of all the kids while their parents were at the health fair. We had a couple of blow up jumpy things, cotton candy machine, popcorn machine, games, facepaint, and some other fun things. I had a great time being with my small group while serving these precious little ones.
Here is a picture of the girls in my small group that were there:

If you don’t have the book Jesus Calling by Sarah Young, YOU NEED IT! This is a little devotion book that you read everyday and it is AWESOME! Everyday that I read it I feel like it is written for me but today’s should have just had my name on it!
I am leading you, step by step, through your life. Hold my hand in trusting dependence, letting me guide you through this day. Your future looks uncertain and feels flimsy-even precarious. That is how it should be. Secret things belong to the Lord, and future things are secret things. When you try to figure out the future, you are grasping at things that are Mine. This, like all forms of worry, is an act of rebellion: doubting my promises to care for you.
Whenever you find yourself worrying about the future, repent and return to me. I will show you the next step forward, and the one after that, and the one after that. Relax and enjoy the journey in my presence, trusting me to open up the way before you as you go.
This past weekend my aunts (dad’s sisters) came into town. It was alot of fun hanging out with them. They grew up in West Point Mississippi, so on Saturday we decided it would be fun to go to West Point and visit my grandparents old house (which we still own). I loved going to visit my Granny and Papaw as a kid and just being at their house. They lived on a farm so there was so much fun stuff to do. Going to visit this weekend was like taking a trip down memory lane.

I tried getting creative with my photography. This is Brenda, Dad, and Jackie walking though the pasture with the House and Barn in the background.
Here I am in front of the best climbing tree ever. This was a huge Magnolia tree in the front yard we used to LOVE climbing.

My aunt Jackie has been knitting for quite sometime now and everytime I see her she is so sweet to give me a scarf and everytime I tell her I want to learn to knit, well this weekend was a perfect time. I AM A KNITTER AND I LOVE IT! Brenda (my other aunt) has started knitting again too. So we just sat in the living room knitting most nights. It was alot of fun.
It snowed about 5 inches in Jackson today! We had alot of fun! Mom and I built a SnowGirl! She was so cute, she only lasted a couple of hours before she faceplanted the concrete. We also made SnowCream! I don’t remember the last time it snowed like this.

This past weekend Jen and Rachal came and visited me. It was alot of fun being in Jackson with my friends and kinda showing them around. We checked out some new places and I had never been. It was so much fun just being with these girls. Sunday night we just decided to stay home and rent a movie. We ended up staying up until wee hours of the morning talking. I am so thankful for these girls.
“A Friend loves at all times…”
On Saturday Night, another one of our friends happen to be in Jackson so we met up with her and a couple of her friends. Here is a picture from that night:
Ever since I have been in Jackson I have gained a new love for our sweet little family dog, Moe. Since I have only been in Jackson for about 2 weeks I haven’t founds any friends my age yet. I do plan on getting involved with the singles ministry at Pinelake. The first meeting with that isn’t until he 24th of this month. So until then, Sweet Little Moe Moe and I are Best Friends.
Here is a pic of me and Moe watching the National Championship game.

This was one of my favorite New Years. The Lord has blessed me with some great friends. At the beginning of 2009 I became friends with some incredible people. We only had a semester with each other because a couple of them graduated and moved. So we decided it would be fun to bring in 2010 together. On the 30th we met at 410 and had a great time just reuniting and hanging out with good conversation. Then we woke up on New Years Eve and headed to Atlanta. We spent New Years Eve loving on each other. It was just so good to be together after being away from each other for 6 months. The night of New Years Eve we met up with some other friends and went into Buckhead for some delicious Mexican and then brought in the New Year in Downtown Decatur. Here are some pictures from the night:

HAPPY NEW YEARS!
I have officially moved out of Jacksonville, Alabama and into Jackson, Mississippi. Friday night Dad, Mom, and Caroline came to Jacksonville. We watched the Florida game and just hung out with my Roommates for my very last night as a Resident of 410. We woke up early on Saturday, packed up and moved out. We made the long treck to Jackson, unpacked and took the Uhaul back all by 6:10 pm.
It was such a CrAzY day with lots of emotions. It was weird pulling out of Jacksonville followed by my parents with a Uhaul packed full of my past 6 years. Jacksonville was a great season the Lord blessed me with. The past 6 years in Jacksonville have been full of memories, learning experiences, life-long friends, and much much more. I am excited about the next season of life that the Lord has planned. I am just trusting him in every bit of it. The verse that I have claimed through all of this change is:
1There’s an opportune time to do things, a right time for everything on the earth:
2-8 A right time for birth and another for death,
A right time to plant and another to reap,
A right time to kill and another to heal,
A right time to destroy and another to construct,
A right time to cry and another to laugh,
A right time to lament and another to cheer,
A right time to make love and another to abstain,
A right time to embrace and another to part,
A right time to search and another to count your losses,
A right time to hold on and another to let go,
A right time to rip out and another to mend,
A right time to shut up and another to speak up,
A right time to love and another to hate,
A right time to wage war and another to make peace.
